DIBELS

Early literacy assessment

Teachers need a quick way to understand how well a student is reading. Reading 3D and DIBELS allow teachers to take a students literacy temperature and better tailor instruction. The assessments are for students grades K–6, in both English and Spanish. I worked on the visual design of the app, updating the visuals from early low resolution devices to newer high resolution devices. To aid this work, I created a company wide style guide. I also trained teachers and reading coaches on how to use the app, and did QA.
